《本サービスに関して》

 

①本契約は、原盤権と著作権の2つの権利を譲渡するものではなく、コンサートでの歌唱やCD化、デジタル配信に際し1年ごとの契約締結期間中に、楽曲を使用し歌唱していただくライセンスです。

 

②ライセンスは、1年ごとに契約金をお支払い頂き、更新される契約形態となります。

　2年目以降の契約金は、初年度の売り上げ実績に応じて変動いたします。

 　

上記の契約時の契約金とは別に、毎月の楽曲配信やCD化などで発生する売り上げに対して、

29％のロイヤリティーが毎月発生いたします。

Special notes

 

1. This contract does not transfer the master rights and the copyright, but only　grants a license to use and sing songs during the contract period of one year for singing at concerts, converting to audio CD, and digital distribution.

2. The contract can be renewed every one year by paying contract fee.

　　The fee (Contract money)shall be changed in consideration of the sales performance at the time of the contract renewal 　　negotiations stipulated in Article 10.

　　In addition to the contract fee mentioned above, a 29% royalty shall be paid on sales generated from monthly music 　　distribution and CD conversion.
